Complaint against Mr Nicolas Sarkozy, born 28 January 1958,

residing Palais de L’Elysée, 55 rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris

for premeditating genocide against 400 million Europeans

Dear Sir,

As there is a first time for everything, this complaint targets a crime which is currently being premeditated , and which is therefore an offence as yet to come. This term is all the more relevant in that it leads to the offence of premeditating planetary genocide, i.e. simply eradicating the human race for the reasons dictated by the secret society known as “Skull and Bones”, otherwise called as the "Brotherhood of Death" in the USA, which has the same death's head as the Waffen-SS. Obviously once the human race has been eradicated by the Messiah of the USA, it will no longer be possible to investigate this complaint. Although we have not yet got to this stage, the offence of premeditated genocide can not be restricted to merely 400 million Europeans, as it is fits into a world geopolitical context, as we will see.

The facts have been committed and are irrefutable. The current President of the French Republic, in his role as supreme guardian of Law and the Constitution, thinks that his employees and Mayors have the right to destroy exhibits and make and use forgeries to avoid paying damages to drivers who are victims of the violation of the law on signalling danger on the public highway. By ignoring French and international laws, Nicolas Sarkozy is putting the lives of foreign drivers in danger. This guilty behaviour means that visitors in cars lose the basic right to be protected by the forces of law and order de facto as soon as they arrive in France. The President of the Republic is supposed to be familiar with the law, and he is therefore acting in full knowledge of his actions with the intention to kill.

You will find in appendix, the complaint to the European Commission, inviting it to pronounce judgement on the civil aspects of this offence. Administrative malfunctions and conflicting responsibilities between the different administrative bodies in France are not sufficient excuse to justify the removal of two signs with the numbers 388 and 389 on the German illustration sheet attached.

The affair is all the more worrying in that the Chief Prosecutor in Rouen, who was invited to question the civil servant concerned in Evreux, refused my request on the pretext that, according to him, the matter is an "affair which comes under the jurisdiction of civil law”. It will therefore not be surprising to find that medical examiners in France also falsify death certificates when they certify that deaths occurring on the road following an accident due to a lack of signs are merely victims of a "cardiac arrest". This therefore removes any responsibility from the public authority in charge of the road network and thus from any obligation to pay compensation to the victims and their families. If we extend this reasoning to history, the millions of Jews who went through the gas chambers at Auschwitz were only “deloused” under a shower. This was indeed the term used by Adolf Eichmann, SS officer hanged in Israel, to answer the Shoa. It is quite possible that hydrocyanic acid is effective against fleas. Everything lies in the choice of words since they determine the meaning of things!

This dossier takes on an international dimension when we find out that the Chief Prosecutor in Rouen, Mr Ingall-Montagnier, was Prosecutor in Melun when his services arrested and deported a little French citizen aged 4 years, who was torn from his bed in the middle of the night together with his father and imprisoned for 16 hours without food at Pontault-Combault prison when two inspectors from the German federal police arrived to take the child away by force to his German mother who had demanded he be brought to her.

This is not a question of passing judgement on a marital dispute, but to take cognizance of the fact that the Prosecutor’s services in Melun were incapable of noticing that the papers presented were forgeries, that they refused to allow the presence of a sworn expert to translate the documents presented, that they refused to allow a lawyer to be present and they refused to call the judge on duty as is stipulated in French law in such cases. The most elementary rights were flouted as during the German occupation when the Gestapo took away the children to Auschwitz. To reward him for his efficiency and his merit, Ingall-Montagnier was promoted to Chief Prosecutor at Rouen.

Although the photocopies of the forgeries in appendix are known to the press and television, nothing has changed in the behaviour of the German authorities, who continue to forge legal papers and court orders to kidnap children of foreign nationality living abroad as soon as the German mother expresses the wish in Germany, most often behind closed doors and without informing the father abroad, and often based on false allegations. France just sits there and gives out medals to the civil servants helping these people with their Gestapo methods, as this is what it amounts to when a foreign child, held captive in Germany is forbidden to speak his native language.

The destruction of exhibits and producing and using forgeries have always been the cause of wars and genocides in the world. The most famous to date are the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion", an anti-Semitic forgery produced by the Tsar's police at the end of the 19th century in Paris. The consequences of this forgery were devastating in that it lead to the founding of the Thule Society which was the behind the Nazi movement and in consequence, the death camps. The International Criminal Court did not exist at this time, alas.

The most recent state forgery is that of the 11^th September 2001 when the twin towers of the World Trade Centre were destroyed in the United States by the concerted efforts of the White House, the CIA and the Pentagon. It should be noted at this point that the USA, which had taken the precaution not to sign the International Criminal Court charter at The Hague, could take as many liberties as they liked. With my 30 years of experience as German expert translator appointed by the court, I was all the more interested in this affair in that I am very well acquainted with the FBI methods of investigation and work, which are respected and renowned all over the world for their integrity, accuracy, and their deep commitment to uncovering the truth. If you type "9/11" on the Internet, you get 132 million references which prove that a great number of questions still remain unanswered.

Research and criminal assessment available on the Internet, and the numerous books lining the shelves in bookshops lead to the following conclusions:

It is totally impossible that the list of the 19 “terrorists” could be produced only 3 days after the blowing up of the WTC. My 30 years of experience at the service of the International Anti-terrorism squad have taught me that identifying such specialists requires months of intensive work. If George W. Bush was able to produce this list only 3 days after the so-called terrorist attack, this proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he had this list in his pocket the day before this act of high treason on the part of the USA, which was the work of George W. Bush, his ministers and his accomplices within the Pentagon and the CIA.
There was only one plane involved in this “attack”. Curiously, a camera equipped with a telephoto lens was waiting on a neighbouring tower ready to immortalise the plane's impact. This implies that the "terrorists" must have informed the photographer prior to the event.
This plane, considering its speed and the angle at which it was tilted when it came to the tower, had developed radial acceleration far in excess of 1.5G when it crashed, which is the limit that airliners cannot exceed under normal circumstances. As this acceleration has been estimated by experts at approximately 6G, this proves that this plane was remotely controlled from take-off until it came to the tower.
It follows that there was no pilot on this plane, therefore no passengers or “terrorists” either. Thus the irrefutable proof has been given that the passengers who are said to have perished during this “attack” are still alive. The future inhabitant at the White House will therefore make it a duty and a pleasure to present these miraculous survivors on television so that the world understands why the members of the present government of the USA and their accomplices must answer to a court of martial law for this war crime.
Lastly, large quantities of explosives (thermite) were placed in the towers to provoke their controlled collapse by cutting the pillars.

These elements shed a new light on the “Patriot Act” which George W. Bush signed on 26^th October 2001, as in the true context which we now know, this meant that the American warmongers were then free and undisturbed to go about their ultra-secret project of developing a weapon of mass destruction intended to replace the atomic bomb which has become obsolete since international treaties have forced the USA to shelve it. This new weapon of mass destruction is none other than the biological atomic bomb which is behind a whole series of epidemics (AIDS, bird flu, etc.) which are due to leaks from laboratories and tests on the inmates held in American prisons. Considering the uncontrollable risk which this weapon represents for the neighbouring populations, they had to find other sites for their research and especially human guinea-pigs to try it out on. This comes down to saying that a new, preferably defenceless, enemy had to be created in order to supply this cheap human laboratory material destined to be sacrificed after each experiment.

Without knowing it, the USSR played into the hands of the USA by providing them with the opportunity to supply missiles to the Afghan Mujahedin. Celebrated as liberators, the USA simply had to wait until the civil war opposing the north and the south of the country worsened and then bring a certain Osama Bin Laden to the area to lead the Talibans with the support of the CIA. Just the time required for the CIA to select a few scapegoats, photograph them and turn them into “terrorists” when the time came. In fact they were informers and collaborators in the pay of the Americans. Moreover the business relations which linked the Bush family with that of Osama Bin Laden made it possible to establish close relations with Saudi Arabia, supposedly "threatened" by Osama, whose frail health prevented him from noticing the questionable intentions of his American "ally". All that remained was to convince Saudi Arabia that it was threatened by this extremist so that the USA could protect it.

The whole American strategy was therefore aimed at triggering a war against Irak by inciting Saddam Hussein to annex Kuwait. The Iraqi dictator unsuspectingly swallowed the bait. In such a context, the destiny of Saudi Arabia being linked to that of Kuwait, which the USA therefore had to liberate and protect. No sooner said than done. This was the “Desert Storm”, which incited George Herbert Walker Bush, father of the current George W. Bush, to spare Bagdad in order to return when the time was right and the situation was ripe, as a much more far-reaching event was required, that of 11th September 2001, to allow the USA to launch a “religious war against the enemies of the West”. None of the countries in the world noticed a thing and fell straight into the wily trap laid by the CIA. The USA could now boast that it had freed communist central Europe, Russia, China and India from the “Islamist threat”. In exchange, the people freed from the Soviet yoke benefited from the American shield to guarantee their safety. The European commission was not very enlightened either, as it fell into the trap represented by both the “pact for monetary stability” in Europe and the spectacular fall of the American dollar to finance the war against terrorism in the USA. We know the result as European companies are now forced to leave Europe so as to avoid being ejected from the global market. George W. Bush would have won on all levels if it had not been for that thoughtless little slip-up of clandestinely transporting “terrorists” which the CIA had brought from Guatemala to Central Europe in the greatest secrecy to be "interrogated" there. What kind of questions could they have been asked ...... which could not have been asked in Guatemala?

In fact, everything seems to prove that the "terrorists" from Guatemala have been transformed into laboratory mice to participate in the research programme into a vaccination against the atomic biological bomb. Once over, there was no choice but to incinerate these animals with human faces alive. This means that there are currently laboratories of death in Central Europe which the Nazi torturers in Auschwitz-Birkenau would have been overjoyed to own. People work there peacefully, just as in any cosmetics laboratory… no doubt with peaceful people living nearby who don’t notice anything abnormal either.

It is thus established that the destruction of exhibits and making and using forgeries is a well-oiled industry which works perfectly in Germany, France and in the USA. Nicolas Sarkozy and Angela Merkel have almost certainly known for a long time what is happening in these CIA laboratories in Central Europe. Kosovo's new “independence” leads us to think that generous handouts will accompany the new laboratories which will be built at the gates of Serbia under the heavy protection of the European Union...

These experiments would not really bother us if there was not the uncontrollable risk of accident or of a malicious act. The leak of a single vial of programmable bio-molecules from this biological weapon would release a pandemic which would be impossible to contain on a worldwide scale since these viruses are now intelligent and programmed to thwart all immunity mechanisms. The result of such an accident could result in billions of deaths and Europe, Russia, Asia and Africa would be wiped off the map.

I ask you, in your capacity as Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, do you not now feel the overwhelming responsibility which rests on your shoulders and on those of the UNO to manage the poisoned inheritance left to the world by George W. Bush. It will of course be necessary to question Angela Merkel, who will have to open all the archives of the BND at the International Criminal Court. This is no longer a question of tax fraud, but a crime against humanity which threatens to exterminate the human race. The governments involved in Central Europe would therefore be well advised to give up all the information in their possession concerning the clandestine CIA laboratories as fast as possible.

It is not hard to predict that destruction of exhibits and the making and using of forgeries will certainly become widespread in all chancelleries in the short term. The democratic state of law therefore only has a future if it gives itself the means to put a stop to this modern-day curse.
