Does George W. Bush's America want to break up Europe?

Eight countries signed an “act of allegiance” to America, thereby shattering the European Union's fragile consensus regarding the crisis in Iraq.  The leading exponent of this act of rebellion against sovereign Europe is Tony Blair, who wants to overthrow the Franco-German "dual alliance" so as to take over leadership of a Europe under the sovereignty of the United States of America.  Blair's choice of allies is not accidental.  The new "Duce" governing Italy has gone over to the side of the European Union's enemies, along with Jean-Marie Le Pen and Jörg Heider.  Silvio Berlusconi's Italy is, moreover, an adversary of France in the domain of agricultural policy, as is Spain, which is always on the verge of war with other E.U. countries as soon as there is a question of sharing the cake in Brussels.  Spain's strategic position, like Italy's, in the face of the "Islamic threat," can do nothing but incite it to seek protection outside of Europe, because it doubts Europe's capacity to defend itself.  Portugal's position is exactly the same.  Denmark is known for its alignment with Great Britain's defence policy.  This aside, the financing of Danish defence falls firstly to the "big boys" so that the Danes can offer themselves the luxury of a social policy worthy of a welfare state.  The only thing these five countries have in common is their unconditional attachment to the myth of American "protection," and their strong desire to receive more from the European Union than they give.  They are European parasites!  In this context, America becomes the cement of the "New Europe made in the U.S.A.™," made up of countries that have nothing in common, other than their allegiance to George W. Bush and the desire to get rich at the expense of "Old Europe," an extension of the United States of America.

America's persistence in sticking its nose in Europe's business is flagrant when you look at Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary, the "New Europeans" that "Old Europe" has first to nourish at the expense of painful sacrifices.  This is adding further insult to injury when you consider that, without the support of Germany and the massive aid packages it lavishes on them, these three countries would never have been able to join the European Community.  This then provides cause for concern not only for the Germans but, above all, for the rest of the European Union, because it is nothing less than a transmutation of NATO, which has all of a sudden become a Trojan Horse with its mind set on bringing the European Union into subjection.  This bad-mannered meddling of George W. Bush's America in Europe's internal affairs, with the aim of hampering any sort of unification outside the United States of America, is tantamount to a violation of the NATO Treaty, which is now being used as an instrument to bridle Europe and reduce it to bondage.

This threat is all the more credible in that it repeats a scenario with which America is only too familiar - the art of transforming its friends into enemies by setting them all against each other in turn, simply to suit U.S. political and economic interests.  In the end, it is NATO's raison d'être and policy that are called into question - either "Old Europe" rises above its ancestral quarrels and finds political unity with clearly defined objectives, or the European Union is "Balkanised" and becomes an heterogeneous conglomerate of American protectorates, the sole function of which will be to pay the bill for the United States' supremacy, starting with the one America is going to send Europe for the "reconstruction" of Iraq, which it is preparing to annihilate so that it can lay its hands on Iraq's oil wells, which will, naturally, become the exclusive property of the U.S.A. - a global seizure of “black gold” for which Europe will henceforth have to pay through the nose.  Base economic interests are the sole motivating factor behind this so-called "fight against terrorism." What can we do to rid ourselves of such servitude?  Build a powerful European federation, with its own constitution and its own army!

The splitting up of Europe that George W. Bush has in mind aims not only at isolating the French-German dual alliance, but also at fragmenting France, Iraq's traditional ally, Iraq being a country that, in times past, adopted the republican values of a secular state, thereby following in the footsteps of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in Turkey.  Far from fighting Islamism, Bush's America seeks to cultivate it so that it can then be turned into an enemy.  The U.S.A. has declared war on all forms of secular, republican state worthy of the French values of "liberty, equality and fraternity."  What George W. Bush does not like about this kind of independent State is that they invest oil revenue for the benefit of the people, right where it is produced.  What America wants are feudal or puppet regimes that are easy to manipulate and set against each other.

The controversy surrounding “chemical and biological weapons” is unfounded, because it was the Americans who developed these weapons and provided them to Iraq so they could better lead their fight against the mullahs in Iran.  We know that the anthrax "terrorist attacks" in the U.S.A. in the aftermath of September 11 were the work of American researchers demanding money, which George W. Bush ended up giving them.

Due to the virtually uncontrollable risk involved, any attack with biological weapons is only credible if it is carried out by kamikazes, willing to be the first to die, belonging to an oppressed people deprived of its most legitimate sovereignty, and terrorized day and night, without pity or mercy, by Nazi mercenaries settling America's affairs.  As for the rest, any State that carries out basic medical research is capable of manufacturing any biological weapon in 48 hours' time.  The same applies to modern chemical weapons, which are easy to make in a laboratory when it is a question of small quantities for terrorist purposes.  This means that these chemical or biological weapons can be produced anywhere.  If the Iraqis wanted to make them, the safest place to do so would be in another country.  For this reason alone, the war in Iraq cannot solve the problem of terrorism, and any discourse that tries to persuade us otherwise is only based on deception.

Whosoever seriously wishes to fight terrorism must first attack it at is roots, which means getting at the causes that are behind it.  The solution can therefore only be a political one that is derived from negotiations, and takes the form of a treaty binding those who sign it.

The question that then arises concerns finding out what the U.N. inspectors in Iraq are actually looking for, and what the point of their mission is, if not to provide America with a fallacious pretext for starting a war, which will be, first and foremost, a war against the vital interests of the Franco-German alliance, and therefore against Europe.

Let’s not have any illusions about the distribution of roles in the Franco-German alliance - France is a nuclear power, whilst Germany is an economic one.  As such, they complement one another and form the strategic, operational core that is inherent in a future unified, political Europe.

Germany has twice lost wars to America, which granted itself the luxury of rehabilitating old Nazis from the SS-Waffe intelligence service so as to thwart Bolshevik ambitions.  To this new alliance between the exculpated Nazi forces and America was added the eternal "atonement" of the German people to Israel, the country that incarnates "Germany’s bad conscience," the incurable ulcers of an inexpiable guilt that must haunt all the consciences and all generations of German people for eternity.  A perverse, demonic Biblical vision!  This double servitude – to America and to Israel - of the eternally vanquished German people takes on a dramatic dimension in our time, if Germany is expected to sanction the genocide of the Palestinian people, to which that of the Iraqi people is soon to be added.

Germans are unique in that they are the only human beings born into this world with a double stigma - that of the original sin (Judaic) and that of hereditary sin (Hitlerian).  Such a blemish leaves deep scars, by definition, on the fecundity of the female genus, continuously subjected to the permanent stress of belonging to a "cursed race" which can only give birth to monsters just good enough to pay their war debts.  It is not surprising that the German "race" is in the process of becoming extinct.  It will therefore come as no surprise that any European dialogue aimed at freeing the Germans from this stigma comes as an insult to Israel, and is considered as an attack on the existence of the Jewish people.

What the “New Europe in the pay of the United States” therefore wants is first to impose on France and Germany a policy of planetary genocide of the Muslim peoples, i.e. to make them, through reaction, the targets of “Islamic terrorism”, thereby justifying "protection" from the U.S.A.  Once this is done, America intends to cut off the Franco-German alliance from its allies and from countries supplying oil, by cornering all oil resources from the Caspian Sea to the Mediterranean, including Russia, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, and, of course, all the other third-world countries which have become, for the requirements of the “Islamic and/or terrorist cause”, a replacement for the bygone Communist enemy, so that the gigantic military lobby in America can tap into thousands of millions of dollars and impose its will on us.

America's aggression against France, its independence, its freedom, its economy, its civilization, and its existence couldn’t be clearer.

The Franco-German alliance has this in common - each offers a home to millions of Muslims, from Turkey for those in Germany and from North Africa for those in France.  The sole aim of America’s policy to wipe out Afghanistan, then Iraq, promptly followed by Iran – the other link in the "axis of Evil" – is to take hold of these countries' oil resources so as to better subjugate them.

Victory over Iraq – if indeed there is one – would not be possible without arming the Shiites in the south and the Kurds in the north.  In other words, America is going to "manufacture" new "Talibans" in Iraq, so they can chase out the government.  Apart from the religious bond that unites the Iraqi Shiites with their Iranian brothers, everything points to Iran having to annex these populations in Iraq since the country will have been devastated.  The question is - how does America plan to govern this country?

The new Kurdish military power is going to create a nightmare for secular Turkey, victim of Islamic fundamentalism.  If absolutely necessary, the new American Kurdistan, armed to the teeth to conquer Saddam Hussein, will be able to become allies with Iran so as to reconstitute its unity owing to a war between Turkey and the Kurds, who will then have a powerful army of 2,000,000 troops.

There can be no doubt that Turkey’s existence is also under threat.  And, in the middle of this apocalyptical fire of live coals stretching from Afghanistan to Turkey lays the Zionist cancer that feeds the conflict between Israel and Palestine.

It is on this last point that George W. Bush's partisan, paranoid strategy falls short, because the reproach he makes against Iraq applies first and foremost to Israel.  The fact that the Hebrew state has nuclear, chemical and biological weapons, and that it is ready to use them against its Arab neighbours, does not bother the Americans at all, since it was they who delivered them to their protégé.  The fact that these same Arab neighbours now want to equip themselves with the same means of defence supposedly represents a "threat to American security".  This is only true for those who reduce the American people to the Zionist minority, confined to the environment of high finance.  But this did not prevent America from selling the most dangerous chemical and biological weapons to Iraq to fight the "Islamic threat" in Iran.  Everything leads us to believe that the war between Iraq and Iran would never have taken place without the Americans' intervention and support.

Recent history in Iran proves that "Islamism" can develop into a watered down or even democratic form.  This also holds true for Iraq if we offer Saddam Hussein an "honourable retirement" instead of exile.  Today, it seems foolhardy to accuse Iraq of Islamism, and all the more so in that Ben Laden has always condemned this form of apostate (secular) state.  The lengths George W. Bush is going to in order to instrumentalize (by means of a fake) a popular Islamist tribune, who is doubtless dead, does not surprise anyone from the moment that “the end justifies the means”.  Indeed, these days, we should be questioning ourselves about the purpose of American strategy.  The Syrian minister of foreign affairs had this to say to the U.N. Security Council:  "what George W. Bush wants is to make off with all the oil in the region and get rid of any form of Arab government."  Syria and Iran, which also belong to the "axis of Evil," are therefore going to suffer the same fate as Iraq.  Such a policy can only cause a general outcry in the international community and lead to a Paris-Berlin-Moscow-Beijing axis -  a community for defence and interests that is soon going to replace NATO, instrumentalized by the U.S.A. to terrorize the third world.  This new community is equipped with sufficient military resources to make a U.N. Security Council ban be respected.  If George W. Bush intends to carry on regardless and quash a people through the use of bombs launched from American aircraft carriers, there is nothing to indicate that he is aware of the risk to which he is exposing the USA by declaring war on the Paris-Berlin-Moscow-Beijing axis.

In this day and age, there are silent, invisible attack submarines, armed with nuclear torpedoes that can reach significant cruising speeds into deep zones.  It is not hard to imagine the effects of nuclear retaliation against the British-American armada in the Persian Gulf and the Mediterranean, the origin of which would be known to nobody.  The advantage of nuclear torpedoes is their cumulative striking power that can reach several megatons, distributed over a maritime zone covering several hundreds of kilometres.  The simultaneous explosion of a sufficient number of these torpedoes would destroy not only all battleships, but would also generate a giant wave that could reach a height of 500 meters, which would hit the coast at a speed of 300 or 400 kph, swallowing up all populations 50 to 100 km inland.  Result in Israel - one million dead, if not more!  In the Gulf, this would mean definitive eradication of the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.  One hundred and fifty thousand American soldiers on duty in Iraq would then be cut off from their bases and simply condemned to die of thirst.  This would be the Trafalgar marking the end of America.

With such an apocalyptic prospect, France's choice is clearly obvious - strengthen political links with Germany and support George W. Bush's adversaries by offering them the protection of French nuclear weapons, so as to ensure U.N. decisions are observed, it having become something more than just a band of smooth talkers and windbags, as George W. Bush likes to think.  The American desire to break up Europe, and above all France, can then lead to a conflict of another dimension, a world war that America cannot win without the risk of a major planetary confrontation that will not spare the American soil, because it will trigger a civil war aimed at ridding the White House of its mental patient.  It may just be that reason triumphs and that America will remove its paranoid president from office.  When you think that the U.S.A. almost removed Bill Clinton from office for having been guilty of felatio, it seems like a bad dream and it makes your head swim, because George W. Bush's America considers – just like in the old days under Hitler's Germany – that the genocide of starving people is a legitimate political instrument for seizing the planet's oil resources and imposing its tyranny on them.

Why am I telling you all this?  Simply because when I was a young student forty years ago, I took an oath to serve Europe by serving the justice system of the young federal, pacific Germany that looked to the West.  The fracture that George W. Bush wants to impose on the French-German alliance is above all a sword through my heart, because I have become European by conviction, at the service of the Franco-German fraternity every day for the last 40 years.

What I write is certainly a cry of outrage and revolt, but above all of trust and hope, intended for all those who thirst for fraternity.

I do not know how I can be of help to you in building the fraternal and free Europe of tomorrow.  If you can tell me, please feel free to e-mail me at greenpen2003@aol.com.   Thank you for your attention and I assure you of my kindest regards.
